Do you keep countertops in stock?
No, our countertops are made to order. Please see our “Where to Buy” tool to find a distributor near you.
What colors do you have in stock?
We provide many colors and patterns from Wilsonart and Formica! See our search by color page, filterable and searchable. You can also view our stock sheets here.
Do you sell granite or quartz?
No, we sell made to order laminate countertops.
Can I order a sheet of laminate only?
Do you sell undermount sinks or top mount sinks?
Yes, we offer different styles, colors, and sizes of undermount sinks that you would purchase through us. We also sell stainless steel top mount sinks and black quartz top mount sinks. View our collection of sinks here.

Cleaning
How do I clean my laminate countertop?
Keeping your laminate countertop clean and looking great is easy.
- Use a clean, damp non-abrasive cotton cloth and a mild liquid detergent or all- purpose household cleaner. Clean soiled areas using a rotating motion.
- Next, rise with clean water using a clean, non-abrasive cloth. Make sure not to flood the laminate, especially near the seams since water can penetrate the seams and cause the substrate to swell.
- Drive the surface with a soft, clean, non-abrasive cotton cloth.

What are laminate countertops?
For spaces in your home or business, laminate countertops are a highly durable and affordable option that come in wide variety of colors and patterns to align with your design style. Laminate is a material that is made of sheets of paper saturated with resin and pressed together under high heat. The laminate sheet is then adhered to a specially-shaped wood substrate to make a countertop.
Can laminate countertops be installed in a kitchen or bathroom?
YES! Not only can Hartson Kennedy laminate countertops be used in kitchens and bathrooms they also work well in laundry rooms, family rooms, garage workspaces and basements. Best of all, Hartson Kennedy can create a custom-sized top just for your space.
What is the longest countertop you make without a seam?

What is your average lead time?
Macon stock colors are 3-5 business days. Gulfport stock colors are 2-3 weeks. Factory order colors are 4-6 weeks.
Do you do miter cuts and sink cut outs?
Yes we make customer countertops made to order.
Do you have someone that comes out to measure or install?
No, you will need to measure yourself or hire a contractor. To measure yourself read our “How to Measure Guide“.
Can you tell me when my order will arrive at the store?

When will my detail be done?
Your installer works directly with you to corrdinate a date to complete detailing. Please reach back out to your installer to provide an update.
Can laminate countertops be used for commercial applications?
Of course! Laminate countertops can be used anywhere, including office kitchens and bathrooms, medical examination rooms, school classrooms, restaurants, and hotels.
How do laminate countertops compare to other countertop materials like granite or quartz?
Like granite or quartz, laminate countertops deliver a beautiful look to any space. Can laminate countertops be repaired if they get damaged?
It varies on if the melaine is damaged because if it is, it cannot be repaired. For more information, click here: Warranty | Hartson-Kennedy
How long does it take to install laminate countertops?
From the time you order from the commercial store, it will take 4-5 weeks.
Can I use laminate countertops for an outdoor kitchen?
HK would not recommend countertops for an outdoor kitchen. It does not fall under our companies warranty. For more information, click here: Warranty | Hartson-Kennedy
