Multifamily Customer Coordinator
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Multifamily Customer Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of multi-family cabinet and countertop projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and dedicated to providing outstanding service to both our customers and internal team members.
Key Account Manager – Multifamily
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with home center merchants, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure alignment on goals, execution of programs, timely communication, and resolution of issues to support mutual business growth.
S/he oversees the Pro Desk programs to drive customer engagement and sales. S/he develops strategies to grow the market segment as well as prepares monthly reports to track performance.
