Human Resources Generalist
The HR Generalist will be an integral part of the Hartson-Kennedy team. The selected candidate will ideally have several years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and managing employee relations.
S/he works with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, coordinating internal and external recruitment processes. S/he maintains employee records, files, and documents, as well as manages employee relations related activities.
Key Account Manager – Multifamily
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with home center merchants, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure alignment on goals, execution of programs, timely communication, and resolution of issues to support mutual business growth.
S/he oversees the Pro Desk programs to drive customer engagement and sales. S/he develops strategies to grow the market segment as well as prepares monthly reports to track performance.
Sales Representative – Atlanta
The Atlanta Sales Representative will be responsible for developing the market and customer base through planning and implementing a sales strategy that drives sustainable financial growth for HK.
S/he manages the details of the sales process, from segmenting the customer types, understanding customer needs, prospecting and nurturing customer relationships to secure ongoing business including securing specifications, closing sales, and providing ongoing account support with a customer-first mindset.
Class A Semi Truck Driver
The Class A Driver will be responsible for transporting countertops efficiently and safely. The selected candidate will have at least 1 year tractor/trailer experience and possess a valid CDL Class A license.
S/he has a strong awareness for safety and attention to detail. S/he conducts pre- and post-trip inspections as well as follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
Kitchen and Cabinet Estimator
The Kitchen Cabinet and Countertop Estimator will be an integral part of the Hartson-Kennedy customer service team reporting to the HK Marion Customer Service Manager. A strong knowledge of the kitchen and bath market is critical for helping customers and driving sales.
